The
Costa Blanca region of Spain offers a wide variety

two and three bedrooms ones and can accommodate
up to eight people. They are ideal for family
holidays. Most of these apartments are located
close to the city and coastline and travelling
and sightseeing are easy to do. The apartments
come with added amenities like air-conditioning
and room service. You will be charged for all
added services. But all apartments offer basic
utilities like electricity, water and gas. Make
sure that these are available and the building
management is reliable.
If you would like to purchase a villa or apartment
in Spain, you may get the funding from a bank
in the form of a mortgage. Spanish banks offer
loans as high as 75% of the total amount for
non-residents and 80% for residents. Once you
decide on the property you want to buy, you
need only open an account in a Spanish bank
and take a mortgage. In order to sanction your
loan the bank will send one of its representatives.
This is an essential extra cost which must be
met by you before the agent arrives. The entire
loan processes is simple and should take up
to five weeks.
