Villas in the Costa Brava region of Spain are available all over the region right from the coast to the interior regions and villages. An ideal way to finance your new house would be to take out a mortgage from a local bank. Banks in the region offer loans at reasonable rates. You may avail of loans up to a maximum of 75% of the total amount. This goes up to 80 % in case you are a citizen. Mortgages may be paid back in 10 to 30 years. Once you obtain the bank mortgage all you have to do is meet the monthly payments which are approximately at 10% to 12.5% rate of interest.
