of 75% of the total amount. This goes up to
80 % in case you are a citizen. Mortgages may
be paid back in 10 to 30 years. Once you obtain
the bank mortgage all you have to do is meet
the monthly payments which are approximately
at 10% to 12.5% rate of interest.
