the best way to finance your endeavour. They
are available easily and for any type of house,
from the simple apartment to the most luxurious
villa. Spanish banks offer a maximum loan of
80% of the total amount for its citizens. Non-residents
may take a loan up to 75%. The entire process
till the bank sanctions the loan takes about
five weeks. The period for loan payback is from
10 to 30 years. After you have obtained the
mortgage you only need to pay the monthly instalments.
